I have run a successful touring cover band for over 20 years in Wisconsin and adjoining states. . Playing 40+ shows a summer as well as club venue shows throughout the year, I have developed an experience from playing live music for over 40 years. An avid music lover, I am always looking to interview musicians in the business to gain knowledge and insight to improve what I do.
I've lost over 95 pounds eating a high carbohydrate, whole food , plant based diet. Have kept this weight off for over 5 years now! I am a certified trainer and nutrition coach with over 3000 hours of study on the subject of food and how it relates to optimum health. I love to help people in their quest for better health. I wrote a cookbook with super fast and easy recipes that I not only used to lose the weight, but that I also use regularly every week in my continued journey to optimum health and longevity.
Being a musician on the road takes effort to remain healthy and in shape to continue to tour and perform live shows. I love helping musicians and anyone that wants to improve their health situation.
My two main passions in life are music and health/nutrition and that's what the main focus of this podcast is.
